“Sustainability” consider as a system of values covering all areas of social life, with the view that the countries are part of a whole in terms of socio-economic, cultural and political aspects. The focus of this work is on the theme of social sustainability. This theme includes individual and collective resources that are open to the protection and development of their own resources and the resolution of their problems in a country. In this context, all individuals have to benefit from basic rights and freedoms. In this context, the most current and poignant title as asylum seekers and refugees in Turkey problematic, especially they are secure from all socioeconomic and legal rights and civic participation. In this context social sustainability problems experienced by asylum seekers and refugees in Turkey in this study will discuss in terms of basic needs, individual capacity and community capacity.
