ARGUMENTS ON ISTANBUL PRESS ABOUT KARAAÇ SLAUGHTERHOUSE DURING CEASEFIRE PERIOD

In this article, arguments on stanbul press about Karaaaç slaughterhouse of which construction period started in 1919 and was completed in 1923 have been taken into consideration. Both for and against views during the project and the construction of Karaaç slaughterhouse as a modern institution have been taken into consideration separately and developments throughout this period have been put forward. Therefore, this study has investigated the process of constituting a modern institution in Turkey with Karaaaç slaughterhouse sample.
