APPLICATION OF PSYCHOTECHNICAL METHOD IN PERSONNEL SELECTION: A FIELD RESEARCH ON SEE’S

The psycho-technical method is a method that allows to be made more objective evaluations than the other methods used in the personnel selection system. This study aims to reveal the importance of psycho-technical method in personnel selection. Another aim of the study is to determine the extent to which State Economic Enterprises in Turkey fulfill the requirements of the personnel selection system and how much they benefit from the objective evaluations and the other benefits of the method as a result of applying psycho-technical medhods. For this purpose, the results are revealed and evaluated of the study which is conducted to evaluate the problems faced in personnel selection and the application of psycho-technical methods at State Economic Enterprises in Turkey.
