ANALYSIS OF FUTURE EMPLOYABILITY PERCEPTIONS OF SPORTS MANAGER CANDIDATES ACCORDING TO DIFFERENT VARIABLES

The purpose of this study is to determine the differences between future employability perceptions according to various variables of sports manager candidates who study in sports management training institutions. The study group of the research; A total of 85 students, 48 male and 37 female, studying in the Department of Sports Management of the School of Physical Education and Sports at Istanbul Geli?im University, were formed by voluntary participation. As a data collection tool in research; In addition to the personal information form, developed by Gunawan et al. (2019), Alk?n et al. (2020), the Perceived Future Employability Scale (PFES) adapted into Turkish was used. The data were analyzed in SPSS 20.0 package program. After the normal distribution of the data was understood, T-test and ANOVA were applied in the analyzes. The difference between the groups was analyzed with the Tukey test. The significance value in the study was determined as 0.05. As a result of the research; It was concluded that the employable perceptions of the sports manager candidates differ according to various variables, that they have an advantage to work in the sector while continuing their education, and that the institutions providing sports management training should enrich the courses about the sector to the senior students.
