Marmara journal, which it is published by Faik Ali and his son Munis Faik in 1936, could not be long lasting. This journal that it strarted to broadcast life for beauty purposes published only ten issues. Faik Ali and Munis Faik who complain about deficiency of qualified broadcast in Turkish Literature founded Marmara journal a tiny bit to eliminate this deficiency. Although it indicated that it is publised every fifteen days on the front cover in first and second issues, it is published once in a month on the front cover from the third issue. But it could not be published every month because of some reasons. Different types of poetry and writing are published in Marmara, it is published ten issues in the face of all difficulties. Well-known authors such as Ziya Osman Saba, Abdülhak ?inasi Hisar and Enis Behiç Koryürek write on Marmara. The ones who publish most poems and articles are Faik Ali and Munis Faik. Generally, poetry in love and nature themes is published in Marmara, also it is published poems about loneliness, love of homeland and Atatürk in the journal. Also, it is published necrology, literary criticism and essays in the journal. The aim of this study is to investigate Marmara journal and to evaluate articles in the journal in terms of content.
