The concept of art, which gives an aesthetic accumulation to the cultural elements of the society it is in, is closely related to the political theory due to its social nature. The artistic accumulation, which is accepted as a source of food for cultural values, plays an important role in social development and changes by evaluating the current social structuring from the perspective of art with the artist's unique, creative and critical perspective. The concept of art, which has a role in the social organization in a way, with the orientation of the current political orders of societies and the political information of individuals, acts as a mirror to the society to which it belongs. In this work, the 3rd International Monument, which is one of the most impressive designs that Art has met in the form of political content, will be evaluated in relation to art and politics.
