ABDALQÂHIR’S THEORY IN HIS “SECRETS OF ELOQUENCE”: A PSYCHOLOGICAL APPROACH

In this article, the author tried to put forward that Abdalqâhir al-Jurjânî’s rhetoric and literary criticism isn’t merely a pile of scientific rules and he is also interested in literary taste of rhetoric. In this sense, he discussed psychological aspects of Jurjânî’s theory in the center of his work titled Asrâr al-Balagha.
