A STUDY ON COMPARISON OF ETHICAL CONDUCTS BETWEEN EXECUTIVES AND EMPLOYEES IN TOURISM BUSINESSES

Ethics as a philosophical discipline, subjects human behaviours. As for occupational ethic, it is decribed as a combination of rules, standards, principles which direct mankind as they profess. Thus ethics is a main topic in service oriented tourism industry. Besides, executives and employees need to adjust their tasks and behaviours in keeping with ethic principles. n this context, the aim of this study is to evaluate the ethical behaviours of executives from the viewpoint of interns. To fulfill this aim, questionnaire are conducted from 01.10.2014 to 15.12.2014 to 308 students consisted from both two years college and gastronomy and culinary arts. t is concluded that executives and employees differ significiantly in terms of ethical behaviours from the viewpoint of interns.
