Pottery is one of the traditional arts that has been widely produced in most parts of the Earth from ancient times until today, and even if it keeps up with the latest technology today, it still retains the validity of ancient views, understandings and methods in some subjects and sheds light on the future. The pottery forms that entered human life with the construction of daily use containers, the lamps that have increased the variety of products over time, providing lighting, bricks and tiles used in building construction, numerous forms in the form of jewelry and ornaments, and size. Pottery is of great importance to reflect the living conditions, beliefs and socioeconomic structure of the society in which it is produced. Therefore, pottery application techniques, variety of products, forms and cooking techniques differ according to countries. In this study, pottery production in the Draa El Mizan region of Algeria was examined. The production process of the Draa El Mizan pottery was examined at the site and the pottery workshops that were doing traditional production were visited and information was obtained from the pottery Masters. In the study, information about mud preparation, forming, drying, cooking, glazing and marketing in pottery production was given. It is seen that the pottery produced in the Kabiliye region has its own unique forms, and that it bears the traces of female appreciation and feelings brought about by it.
