A SAMPLE OF CONTENT ANALYSIS: THE SUPREME COURT DECISIONS WHICH HAVE BEEN CONVINCED THAT THERE IS MOBBING AT WORKING LIFE

What is intended in this study is to examine the justifications of the Supreme Court for the reversal of the decisions made by the district courts regarding the mobbing cases during the last three years. Mobbing cases are too difficult to be materialized, and be proved. There is no article of law, which clearly highlights psychological harassment, other than the law of obligations. That is why the Supreme Court examined the current laws, and the mobbing cases, which were brought before the courts in different countries, and thereupon finalized the respective cases by way of interpretation. Mobbing is a concept having recently been included within the literature. That is why the district courts may not have adequate information of the process, which is defined as a business disease. In our country, mobbing cases are brought before the courts for such reasons as forcing an employee for terminating his/her labor contract, and for the sake of severance and notice pays as well. Exemplary cases were examined by way of content analysis.
