A REVIEW ON OYA HANDICRAFTS

Art; it is the feeling of real life that emanates from the essence of individuals and common life, reflecting emotions and thoughts as if they were from within. It is antagonizing as an important means of art for the rapprochement, integration, sharing of common feelings and enjoyment among people all over the world. Anatolia has been hosted in many civilizations for centuries and these civilizations have enabled Anatolia to create a rich culture. One of the traditional handicrafts seen in various places of Anatolia, which is included in this culture, is confronted as Oya handicraft. It is known that the play performed with the need to decorate and decorate various goods is important at every stage of Anatolian woman's life. The study was conducted using a screening model. In this study; In Anatolia information about the historical development of Oya handicraft, types of scarves, usage areas of scarves, techniques of scarves, technique, color and composition of scarfs and motifs seen in circulation will be given
