A RESPECTED SOCIAL INSTITUTION AND SPORTS LOST IN THE KYRGYZS: SAYAPKER ART AND RACE

In this study, Turkey in the Turkish money "groom" which, has become a highly respected social institution in Kyrgyzs, the art of "sayapker" and the race that measures success in this art will be studied. The concept of "s?nc?", which functions the same as sayapker, but has a higher social status, will also be explored. In the research, to explain the etymology and terminology of these two ancient arts, which are rarely encountered in social studies, and the race, to see its place in the Kyrgyz sports tradition of the past and present, by stating its rules and rules, with its original names and rules, aims to introduce it to Turkish and world sports literature. For our historical content and willing work, both simultaneous and diachronic / vertical part of the historical development method models were used.
