A RESEARCH TO DETERMINE THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN EMPLOYEES' ADAPTATION TO DIGITIZATION ACTIVITIES AND ORGANIZATIONAL CLIMATE

The aim of this study is to determine the relationship between employees' adaptation with digitalization activities and organizational climate. The data collection technique of the research is the survey application. The study was carried out with 183 employees, who mostly use digital programs of the ground services companies that are located in the Istanbul Airport apron (aircraft service area) region. According to the results of regression, correlation, ANOVA and t-test; It has been determined that there is a positive relationship between organizational climate and employees' adaptation to digitalization activities, and that organizational climate has a significant effect on employees' adaptation with digitalization activities. In line with the findings, an appropriate organizational climate should be created in order to adaptation of employees to digitalization activities and to ensure that they do not resist this change. In this context, the study is expected to be beneficial for businesses that are in an effort to digitization and managers who manage these processes.
