A RESEARCH ON THE TEL KIRMA (BARTIN WORK) AND HESAP WORK EMBROIDERIES IN AMASRA MUSEUM

The aim of this study is to evaluate tel k?rma work (Bart?n work) ve hesap work embroidered and analyse their technical, material, colour, pattern and composition characteristics in Amasra Museum. This research covers tel kirma and hesap work products in Amasra Museum. Fifty permitted tel kirma and hesap i?i inlaid product has taken from Amasra Museum as samples. Photos of these samples were taken allowed by the Authority of Museum and personally examining products information forms were prepared and pattern drawings of handiworks be located in the information forms. Examination results including type, technique, aparatus which are being used, colour, pattern subjects, are listed as tables in results chapter. Most of the inlaid products in Amasra Museum were made by tel k?rma, düz and verev hesap needle technique, their types are mostly pe?kir, all of the tools that are being used have hand woven, generally flat tel and cotton fibre are prefered and the most used colour is silver white wire, black, red blue, golden yellow purl, orange and green are other frequently used colours. Generally in products herbal and geometric pattern is used, and mostly flat scaled composition is applied.
