A RESEARCH ON THE IMPACT DEMOGRAPHIC VARIABLES THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN THE ORGANIZATIONAL CONFLICT MANAGEMENT AND THE ORGANIZATIONAL CITIZENSHIP BEHAVIOUR

Conflict is a social fact which of its sides can be individual, group and organization. The basic aim of this study is to determine whether the demographic variables such as age and gender have an impact on the organizational conflict management and organizational citizenship behaviour; as regards the relationship between the organizational conflict management and the organizational citizenship behaviour. To test hypotheses was developed for the purpose of this study, obtained from employees of 17 large companies in Manisa Organized Industrial Zone and these data were analyzed with correlation analysis methods. It was also determined that the scales used in the study had good reliability values. According to the results of the research, the demographic factors such as age, gender and experience do not have an impact on the organizational conflict management and organizational citizenship behavior. At the end, the results, managerial implications and suggestions for future research are presented.
