A RESEARCH FOR THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN NEPOTISM WITH ORGANIZATIONAL JUSTICE

Nepotism practices, is one of the major problems encountered in business and affecting the efficiency and productivity of employees in the public and private sectors. Another important element to be considered for the organization to fulfill its function effectively is to ensure organizational justice. The objective of this study is to research the relationship between nepotism with organizational justice. For this purpose was carried out a survey on employees working in an important factory, which is a family firm, producing furniture. Findings obtained from data analyzed, shown that there was a statistically significant negative relationship between nepotism with organizational justice.
