A LITERATURE REVIEW: “AN INVESTIGATION OF TEACHER QUALIFICATIONS FOR INCLUSIVE APPLICATIONS”

The aim of this study which is a literature review; to determine the content and method tendencies of the studies on teacher qualifications on inclusion. As a result of the surveys, only 6 researches have been reached that may be relevant. Due to the limited number of studies, screening was performed without time limitation. The studies were reviewed and summarized in terms of published journal, year purpose, method, number of participants and findings. When the research are analyzed, it seen that inclusion is described on mainsteaming’s concept. And so the teachers in Turkey misperceive the inclusion. In adition, it hasn’t been coincided with a research about teacher qualificatios on inclusive education. It is proposed that inclusion should be clearly defined, laws making abuot inclusion should be qualifiy and investigations sholud be research about teacher qualificatios on inclusive education in Turkey <
