Comparative law is a newly established science that aims to compare various legal systems in terms of purpose, subject and quality and thus to capture the ideal and examines the similarities and differences between concepts and institutions in various legal systems. Our research which is a study of this nature makes a comparative analysis of the regulations conducted in the United Arab Emirates in the field of family law in terms of Islamic law and aims to reveal whether it was inspired by any denominations and what kind of method it has adopted in this respect. Sometimes, it is compared with the Turkish Civil Code.
