The prison is a process that deeply affects his family as well as the individual who is convicted. When the husband who earns money enters the prison, women face many negative situations. Women who do not have enough social support from their family and their environment are experiencing difficult psycho-social and economic periods. From the difficulties that women experience, the aim of this study is to determine the psycho-social and economic status of the women whose husbands in prison and what social support systems they have. In the scope of the research, in-depth interviews were conducted with 10 women whose spouses were in prison in K?r?kkale. The residence addresses of the women interviewed within the scope of the research were obtained from K?r?kkale Yah?ihan Social Assistance and Solidarity Foundation. As a result of the research, it is seen that the education level of the women and their spouses is low, their incomes are very low, they do not know that there are institutions to receive help beyond foundation, some of them are supportive from the periphery and family, and the rest of them are became alone.
