THE IMPORTANCE OF LABOR LAW IN TERMS OF STRATEGIC HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGEMENT

Developments in the field of Labor Law, which is one of the main determinants of working life, have an extremely critical prescription in terms of Strategic Human Resources Management. As a matter of fact, errors in the field of labor law or recent developments overlooked by the Human Resources departments can cause irreparable damage to the enterprises. International organizations such as the International Labor Organization (ILO), European Union are making various decisions such as making decisions and accepting contracts, causing governments to take some measures in the field of Labor Law and to make changes in their legislation. Follow-up of developments in terms of Labor Law at national and international level has become important for Strategic Human Resources Management. There is a close connection between the field of Strategic Human Resources Management and the discipline of Labor Law. In this study, the importance of Labor Law in terms of Strategic Human Resources Management will be investigated in the light of current developments and case law, and a short assessment will be made on the cost of mistakes in the field of Labor Law
