There are similarities between the articles published in Kadro and the ideas wanted to be given in the novels of Yakup Kadri Karaosmanolu who come into prominence with his novelist identy in Turkish novel. In this study, the novel of Ankara which Yakup Kadri Karaosmanolu published in 1934 and the reflections of articles published in Kadro to the novel are mentioned. Before the common ideas between Kadro journal and Ankara novel, starting to publishment of Kadro Journal, the Journals ‘ s organization purpose, the responses over the environment during its publishing period, closure of Journal and the place and effects of Yakup Kadri Karaosmanolu in the Kadro movement are also briefly described in the study.
