One of the activities that individuals participate in their leisure time is also serious leisure activities. A significant part of volunteers for serious leisure activities are members of Search and Rescue Association volunteers. The level of satisfaction in activities in which volunteers participate with great sacrifice is remarkable. In this context, examining the level of leisure time satisfaction of Akut’s volunteers is the purpose of the study. This research is a quantitative research conducted in the screening model. The study group is consist of totally 234 participants who are 79 "Men" and 155 "women" as actively participating to the Akut activities. In the research, the "Personal Information Form" developed by the researcher and the "Leisure Time Satisfaction Scale" adapted to Turkish by Gökçe (2008) was used as data collection tools. In the analysis of the dataS, frequency analysis, descriptive statistics, Anova, T-test and Kruskal Wallis-H test were used. As a result of the findings, a significant difference was found in psychological and educational subdimensions according to gender variable, in the educational subdimension according to the educational status variable and in the aesthetic sub-dimension according to task duration. When taking into consideration the values that can be taken from the scale it is determined that participants' leisure time satisfaction levels were found to be high. As a result, it can be said that status which is earned, pleasure from the benefit which is served to the public and appreciated by society can be effective on Akut volunteers’ high levels of leisue time satisfaction
