Nowadays, on organization is the presence of highly committed employess one of the most important factors. Job security and wages are a concept associated with organizational commitment. Exploring the relationship between these two concepts could have implications both an academic research and human resources management practices. Of this research the purpose, is to analyze organizational commitment in job security and wages to effects. Research datas were acquired from a employees which is active in bank sector. Prepared survey form has been used as a data collection tool in accordance with its aim. Questionnaires has been applied for 196 bank eployees. According to data, there was a positive relation between job security and organizational commitment. Such that there was a positive relation between wage and organizational commitment.
