In this study, the concept of globalization and new world order have been taken together with the concept of change and transformation in the process of nation-states were investigated. deologs and think-tank organisations whom established the philosophy of globalization and put economic, political, military, cultural thesis were critisized. The effects of globalization and Unipolar world over national states, nationalism, ethnicity, civilizations and cultures are discussed. These discussions were based upon both local and foreign literature and also the angle of the New American Century theorists were included.
