Environment; It is an important concept that expresses the natural world in which human beings live and all living and non-living beings that exist there. Undoubtedly, one of the responsibilities of the human being on the universe, who assumes the heavy responsibility that even the mountains hesitate to bear, is undoubtedly the duty of maintaining the earth's reconstruction, improvement and balance. Therefore, the concepts of “zoning, improvement and balance” directly point to the environment, the right to the environment, and the importance of environmental law and environmental law. Since the beginning in Islamic law and after the industrial revolution in positive law, the issue of the importance of environmental law has become a rising legal field day by day. It is for this reason that Dr. M. Abdülmecit Karaaslan’s concept of environment, some terms related to environmental law, human-nature relationship in different thought systems, some important environmental problems such as air, water, soil elements pollution, noise and sound pollution, acid rain and erosion, human law and the environment according to Islamic law, the Qur’an and the Prophet. We found it useful to evaluate this work, which was converted into a book from a master’s thesis called “Islamic Environmental Law”, which includes the environmental issue in the Sunnah of the Prophet (pbuh) and the legal sanctions that can be applied against those who pollute the environment according to Islamic law.
