Human being is the only entity responsible for creatures. It is the only human entity in the world that addresses the bounds of this responsibility and at the same time the divine text which is accepted as a guide. In order for the responsibility to be accountable as a person has (or it must be) to have the minimum conditions (for basic knowledge). It is at the beginning of these condition which the human mind comes first (or the human mind has to be set up first). Because only human intelligence has the ability to make choices. Chooses belief or blasphemy by using the mind of the person who is the subject of the revelation whether or not there is divine intervention in human will at the point of faith which is important for the human being to be held accountable through responsibilities in the Qur’an at Bakara verse 7. This verse is also mentioned what is meant by the sealing of the hearts by God through interpretation of meaning and reason of commentators comment to reach openness or gain clarity. Especially explanations about this verse is helping to understand by Taberî and Razî. To according the theologians which these verse came about ehl-i kitap Medina Jews against refers to their stubbornness about believing (or disbelief). This verse is the word of infidel who chooses to disbelieve, even though they know the truth which in this case, God will seal their hearts as a result of their insistence on choosing profanity. For this reason God does not intervene in their will, but only to blind them which as the result of their actions through end of their deeds
