ANALYZE ON THE CORRELATION JOB BURNOUT BETWEEN JOB INVOLVEMENT IN CERTIFIED PUBLIC ACCOUNTANTS: THE SAMPLE OF MUĞLA

The study aims to analyze the correlation job burnout-causing factors in business life of certified public accountants between job involvement. In this study, the questionnaire technique was used to collect data. The population of the research is 1294 certified public accountants operating throughout Mu?la in 2016. 307 valid questionnaires were evaluated. According to the results job burnout factors causing is important and negative correlation statistically between the job involvement in certified public accountants. According to this, certified public accountants job involvement decrease with emotional exhaustion level feeling of falling in personal achievement and as the level of desensitization increase.
