To put a light on XVII’th Century Anatolia’s social, administrative and economic history, one should deeply research and analyze brigandage movements called Jelali Revolts. There has been a lot of researches and also there is ongoing researches about this subject. In this manner manuscripts of Ottoman writers which witnessed personally to their time has a special place. The manuscript that we analyzed in this research is an important Ottoman source for both Jelali movement and the act of Kuyucu Murad Pasha. The content of this source, analyze and study of the text, information about writer and it’s importance for Ottoman History is the main subject ?f this study.
