The aim of this study is putting forward the attitude of locals towards effect of cittaslow principles on local cuisine. To full this aim, a quastionnaire form formed within the scope of the research was conducted on 405 participants. In conclusion, it was concluded that, while the attitude of locals towards the effect of cittaslow principles on the local cuisine is positive on the whole, demographic variables have no effect on the difference among attitudes among locals. Some implications are presented for forthcoming researchs and sector in the scope of research.
